and Achieve Overall Wellness
People always ask our
Cedar Park chiropractor Dr. John Tuggle how chiropractic care can help them. It is a good question – with a wide range of answers. We here at Wellness and Better Health Chiropractic see the benefits of chiropractics every day, whether it be alleviating
back pain, neck pain,
headaches, and knee pain or helping to heal specific conditions, such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Tuggle, who was trained at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, has also used chiropractic care to treat whiplash and other auto,
sports injury, work-related and

Healing and Restorative Techniques Blended from Eastern and Western Medicine
One of the reasons
chiropractic care works for such a wide range of conditions is because it combines Eastern and Western types of medicine: the Eastern with its emphasis on the use of natural healing and the Western with its technology to provide new ways for the body to heal. Dr. Tuggle practices the most advanced techniques in the field with the belief that the body, when properly aligned and balanced, is capable of naturally healing itself to achieve its optimum health.
Chiropractic Care is a system of treatment that is designed to help with the musculoskeletal system, or the body's framework of bones and muscles. Chiropractors adjust the spine, which, in turn, helps correct and prevent restrictions not only in the spine but in other areas of the body to which to vast network of spinal nerves and muscles connect. Our
chiropractor Dr. Tuggle believes a well-maintained spine as one of the fundamental principles for achieving overall health, on par with balanced nutrition, exercise, rest and spiritual well being.
Cedar Park chiropractor Dr. Tuggle utilizes several techniques to help clients achieve a healthy spine, techniques that can also alleviate back pain,
headaches, poor posture, and other ailments. Gastron Technique, or GT, is best known for its ability to minimize or completely eliminate spinal region back pain and neck pain, as well as knee pain and pain in the shoulders, wrists, and feet. Dr. Tuggle first started using GT as a way to help sports-related aches and pain after he began training as a triathlete. Aches can come from overuse, repetitive overuse and
carpal tunnel or strains and sprains linked to plantar fasciitis and tendonitis.
We also offer spinal
decompression and
massage therapy. Our
spinal decompression machine has been successful in cases where other techniques have not, especially chronic low back pain and disc herniation or bulges.
Massage Therapy helps relieve headaches and pain as well as ease trigger points and built-up and pent-up tension.
Our
Cedar Park clinic is just northwest of Austin and south of Leander, which makes us convenient for the communities of Round Rock, Georgetown, Jonestown, Liberty Hill, Lakeway, and Lago Vista. Our mission is to positively affect as many people as we can with our balance of Eastern and Western disciplines and our special brand of
chiropractic care.
